We have several programs to teach our children about God’s love for them and help them understand His teachings.
Sunday School
One of these programs Sunday School, starts at 11:15 AM in the church sanctuary after the morning service, and runs until 12:00 PM. Children of all ages are encouraged to join in as the program starts with prayer, singing some fun songs, and a service project collection, after which they are dismissed to the classrooms to continue their lessons.
Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School (VBS) is a week-long program that is a great way for kids from the surrounding communities, and their parents, to be introduced to Christ. This is well attended event, where each night, kids are treated to a free dinner, entertaining skits, great songs, fun games and activities, and meaningful lessons that they can relate to. The week concludes with the kids singing the songs they learned during the week for their parents, as well as a slide show of the kids, which is always a big hit with the kids!
Something else that is popular with the kids is the Harvest Festival, which occurs late in October.
Young People’s
We also have a Young People’s group, which takes place during Thursday nights, and meets every other week. This is an ideal forum for the 7th – 12th grade youth to get together and enjoy dynamic lessons, as well as entertaining games. Come join us, and bring your friends!
